The Property

4 Points opens 10 acres for your event. Your guests will arrive via our winding, fence-lined drive. Foothills frame the view, and the hills mean that “golden hour” lasts a little longer here.

The Ballroom

Our Ballroom is 3,200 square feet and can accommodate up to 200 guests.

The Terrace

Our attached terrace offers 2000 square feet for your ceremony, and doubles as a second dancefloor when the sun sets.

Enjoy views of Mt. LeConte, rolling foothills, & wildflower fields.

Creekside at 4 Points

Our newest addition to 4 Points, added in September 2025. 2500 square foot of flagstone with dappled lighting and gorgeous Birds Creek.  This will be an amazing photo op for 2025 couples, and an additional ceremony or cocktail hour space for 2026 couples.

4 Points Farm is the perfect balance of modern convenience, natural beauty, and vintage charm.

10 acres are open for guests to explore and enjoy.  The property boasts rolling pastures and thousands of feet of horse fencing.   Bird’s Creek winds its way throughout the property, and a charming pond with a fountain greets guests as they arrive. The views from our farm include blue mountains to the south and rolling pastures to the north.
